The large 2AWG wires for power and ground were cut to length, then the connectors were soldered on. I did the Aeroelectric trick of making some small copper "spikes" from some 14 gauge romex and stuffed those in the ends to get the connectors nice and tight. One connector on each of these lines got a 90 degree bend to make the runs shorter. I still need to procure some more of the white silicon boots that will cover the ends. I made sure that the boots can be stretched over the connectors.
