The lower flange on the gap filler is supposed to line up with the holes on the oil cooler mounting frame. This would set the height of the oil cooler a bit lower than it can be. The other problem with the prepunched holes here is that I need to move the oil cooler outward just a bit to have the nutplates and rivets clear the extra thick 1/8" aluminum angle reinforcement that is taking up room where the aft and side baffles come together. My plan is to simply cut off this flange and put an angle on top side of that location.
