Decided to get the box of wheels and brakes off my work bench. Bought some baby powder that is pure talc, and liberally applied it to the tube and inside of the tire. That really made it easy to slip the tube in and place it correctly. Used a valve stem wrench to take out the valve so I could inflate/deflate the tube several times to position it correctly. Squeezed the two halves of the wheels together to get the nuts started on the bolts, then did another inflate/deflate cycle with the tube. Pressed the wheel halves together and tightened them to the proper torque. Valve stems back in and pumped up to 40 psi. I also spent a considerable amount of time packing the wheel bearings with Aeroshell 22 grease. These are now ready to be fitted to the main gear legs.
