You are looking at 2 solid evenings of work. The stiffeners for the rudder get cut from longer angle sections. Each one was cut to rough size and shape on the bandsaw then worked to final size and shape on the scotchbrite wheel. Then they were match drilled to the rudder skins, deburred and dimpled. After this photo was taken, they all got etched and alodined and primed along with the skins.
